Our first OFFIZENTRUM project will be located in the State of Florida, USA, in main cities like: Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Ocala, Kissimmee, Melbourne, Fort Myers, Naples, etc.

The first OFFIZENTRUM will be located in local Shopping Centers or a real estate property located in the city business zoning. Some future OFFIZENTRUM projects might be located on its owned commercial buildings.

Future OFFIZENTRUM projects will be developed in other USA States, Canada and other selected countries if we have a positive market analysis indicating those futures developments are feasible.
